Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

It gives us piece of mind that our commissions are going to be correct. We are able to see if any issues will arise before we get paid. This tool allows me to plan my house budget in advance by letting me know how much I expect in pay a few month from now.

  • Easy to navigate
  • Site is slow sometimes
  • Would like to see new features
  • Would like to have ability to change input to see how much more money I would make if a deal closed
I haven't looked at any others tools that are out on the marketplace. Again I am a strategic account manager so I am being told to use this product and it’s already been set up for me. Maybe you could list your competitors and I could tell you if I have used them before?

Yes

We just use it for commission. It works pretty really well for what I use it for which is to give all the strategic account managers the ability to see how much they get paid on deals they close. It isn’t suited to give you an idea of how much taxes would be taken out of your paycheck
