Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

As a sales employee, I use CaptivateIQ to get up to date status of sales goals and where we are at with quotas. I can review final commission statements, submit inquiries if something doesn't look right, and approve the statement very easily.

  • Great to track goals on a monthly basis
  • More efficient inquiry and approval processes
  • Transparency from financial groups to employees is great
Nothing, used to be Excel docs and email. Using this tool is way more efficient.
