Chorus.ai captures all our calls and organizes them into a framework that we've set up. We can better train teams, employees, and even knowledge-share with our product and marketing teams. For the most part, it's easy to use and helpful to our business.
We (marketing) are able to get a better understanding of the sales process and the types of questions and triggers prospects and customers have by using chorus. It's helped us gain insight, and better understand customers and prospects.
I have not worked with the Chorus.ai support team.
I didn't make the buying decision. I know Chorus.ai had a lot of features that were attractive to us, particularly the AI of things we hear repeatedly over time from our customers and prospects.
