Managing CSMs, Chorus.ai's software gives me visibility into how my team members are dealing with clients and allows me to coach them from there.
- Email alerts summarizing calls for my team from the last week are great!
- Would be helpful if it was easier to find and label clips.
- Allows me to better coach my client facing team.
We mainly use the coaching features and the actual recordings to review that all of our direct reports are staying on message and being as helpful as possible.
This is the only tool we use for call review and CSM coaching at this time.
Watching good calls as a team is new and has been very helpful.

Chorus has made onboarding for a new hire a breeze and we quickly learned having a weekly review helps leverage the software effectively.
