I know that the sales team definitely uses it for call reviewing and it's been very helpful for onboarding and training. It's a great way for me to listen in on AE discovery calls and demo so I can get a better understanding of our whole sales process. If I ever have a bad call that I know I needed work on then I can play it for the sdr team and get positive feedback.
- Call/Recording is great for training purposes.
- Easy to use - picked it up the first week without a tutorial.
- Neat and organized.
- To be honest, I haven't had an issue with it yet, it does everything that I'm looking for.
- Sometimes the analytics are off.
- Reduced ramp time for new reps.
- Improved win rates or quota attainment.
- Quantifiable coaching results.
I have only used Chorus.ai.
Chorus.ai is great - perfectly exists with in our tech stack and it's a great tool.
We have been using Chorus.ai the regular way. If there are some better innovative ways that other companies are using it - I'd love to know!
Very friendly - any issues that I have and I can message somebody on the CSM. Very accessible.
