Cross organizational use for coaching, training, note taking and reviews.
- User interface for the most part.
- Canned reports.
- Recording quality.
- Calendar integration.
- User-driven keyword analysis.
- AI surfaced keyword suggestions specific to me.
- Navigation team hierarchies is clunky when the list is long.
- Supports note taking.
It’s good.
Integrates well with Outlook calendars. Not currently integrated with our Salesforce instance (not sure if this is the product or us).

Training was led by a good facilitator but honestly the solution is so intuitive very little training was needed.
