Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp to do our project management in some departments. ClickUp is a simple tools that anyone in the entreprise can learn easily. We needed one Project management tool that answered our need in Traditional and Agile Project management.
- Project Overview
- Gantt fonctionnality
- User friendly platform
- Dashboards could be improve : difficult to create a dashboard link to only one project
- Capacity overview with subtask should be automatic
- When adding a status to substasks, the parent task status should update too (ex : if at least one subtask in ongoing, the parent task should change to ongoing too)
- Better team collaboration
- Better overview of te project health
- Save time for project progress report
Every project manager is now using the same tool. Team members are happier and more open about project mangement since they don't have to learn a new project management tool for each project now. This save us time and help starting the project faster. It's easier for project manger to navigate from a project to another and to have an overview of all of them.
The team now have only one app to learn and get more use to it. Every new project comes with a better use of the app. We save time that we can invest in the project itself instead of in the learning of another platform. Our project's documentation is in one app, it goes faster when we are in a meeting to find every details needed.
