Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

It is being across the organization as the global travel and expense management tool. I like that I can feel comfortable booking air, car, and in some cases hotels through Concur and the expenses are ready for me to automatically add to my report when I return from travel without having to get receipts uploaded.

Concur is best in class and is heads above competitors. When it comes to making business trips the only benchmark available is that it's faster than calling a call center to make a reservation, in that area it fulfills its role perfectly, another good point is that it cross-checks corporate card expenses automatically.
Workday. We were able to link personal records, email, cost centers and approval chains. The price recognition and flow of the UI is very intuitive on mobile. It works asynchronously so I don't have to wait for my image to process. I like that it fills out almost all the form for me so I have a very little input to give with such a complex system. The automated reminders and ease of booking make it great for travel as well.
We have been able to better manage our travel expenses and use the data to negotiate more favorable contracts with our preferred partners, airlines, hotels and car rental. The best part of Concur is that I can log in as administrator and not only book travel for all of the partners at my firm, but also complete and submit expense reports as well. I manage a team of 12 investment professionals and this software easily integrates all travel and expenses in one easy solution.
As time-consuming as creating expense reports may be, Concur does a good job of keeping up to date with the latest features that allow those like myself who frequently submit expense reports to perform this mundane task quickly. Concur has an app that allows me to upload my receipts on the go and quickly add expenses to an existing report. Saves so much time and hassle of saving receipts.
I like that I can book travel arrangements and submit expense reports on the same platform. It is very easy to approve invoices. I also appreciate that I can easily switch who I am acting as which helps what I am able to do for our team as a whole.
