Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Training sessions are booked and made available to external instructors who are then able to 'grab' them as they wish. Deputy makes it very easy as a manager, to see exactly the instructors that are involved in training sessions and also to see which sessions need attention. As a user, it is easy for instructors to see which sessions are available and which they have already agreed to.

Pros

  • Notifications when sessions are made available.
  • Notifications when someone is no-longer available and offering the session for a replacement.
  • Clear layout on desktop.
  • Easy to use app.

Cons

  • Look at historical sessions that people have attended when going into their profile.
  • Downloading to csv file for a date range instead of just what is open on the window.
  • Time saved.
  • Reduced mistakes from double booking and missed emails.
  • Saved time not needing to search emails.
  • Instructors can see at a glance when new opportunities are offered.
  • Instructors can easily check their work and time commitments.

Love this program. Has reduced much of the time taken to sort instructors to courses and reduced confusion and mistakes from emails crossing over and missed. So simple to use in our busy lives and to reduce mistakes.
