Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We use Deputy for everyone except the MD who receives a salary. We use Deputy because everyone is on a flexible working arrangement and therefore we need it to keep track of people's hours. Although there are not many of us, it is certainly much better for us to use a digital timesheet, such as Deputy, rather than paper timesheets which we were using previously. Everyone in the company uses them to clock in and out and register their lunch break, although often people forget to log their lunchbreak - even with their reminders - so I manually add those in each week when I approve everyone's timesheets.

- Very easy to add new employees
- I really like that you can have each employees emergency contact on the app in case something happens
- I do not like the constant reminders that you need to take a break in the middle of your shift. I would like to be able to control if that is on or off and if on, how many hours into a shift it gives a reminder.
- I would also like to see prefer to see a reminder appear at 6pm reminding people to end their shift as they often forget.
- When I use the messaging function on Deputy, it appears that people do not see it, so I would like to have push notifications for that.
- Definitely improved the accuracy of our Payroll
- I think it probably saved time with payroll
