Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox to share files between our people on the field and our people in the offices, we share mainly signed docs and images from our clients and providers to our people outside the office, with the main reason for using Dropbox being that the mobile app is excellent to make it easier to work the way we do
- Sharing files between different areas
- Ability to have different people accesing the same files
- Plenty of space for files
- Ease to increase the space
- Mobile app is not very good but it has been getting better the last few versions
- No integration with our tech support apps
- Difficult to implement with different teams
- Ease to use by different people all over the map
- File version control and management
- Price is a good compromise between features and expenses
- We use it all the time to share files so it has had a very positive impact on our business
- Without Dropbox or something like it, we would have to transfer all of our documents to our people's computers and then have to sync them once they're back
- The only negative impact is that we cannot sync it with our costumer support's apps
Google Drive is the other one we use, and Dropbox has some things that it does better (file sharing and sending files to the users), but Drive integrates into our Google ecosystem better, so internally we use Drive but for our users that are working with our clients at their offices we use Dropbox
