Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use it to store all our shared files. In the marketing team we use it to easily let everyone have access to the files. It also easily allows team members to work from home. It also helps to be able to access files on the web if in a rare case we aren't on our usual devices that have our Dropbox synced to it.
- Access files easily from the web.
- Allows multiple users access the same files.
- Files in dropbox can be linked into working files.
- Sync next. It would be great to be able to search and choose to sync certain files next. It can be frustrating when large amounts of files are syncing and the files your working on get stuck at the back.
- Not sure what end this issue comes from but when right clicking on files to access the Dropbox options, a lot of the time they don't come up.
- Sync history can be hard to navigate when syncing lots of files. Sometimes doesn't show what's currently syncing in my expereince.
- It has positively impacted workflow being able to easily store and work on files.
- Dropbox speeds up the review process on videos and multiple assets
- Productivity can be impacted when having syncing issues.
I've has issues with working files being corrupted in the past on other products. Essentially losing a lot of work over a simple error. Dropbox has always ran working files very well, no matter what software. The search tool is also very helpful for finding files that you can't remember the path too.
