Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We use Exclaimer integrated into two email domains (Active Directory and Microsoft 365) to generate internal and external signatures and also to notify customers of scheduled closings and promotional events. The best part of Exclaimer is that there is a central control for how all user signatures look, which provides standardization and brand continuity.
- Integrate with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Flexibility and ease of signature design.
- Technical support is very good.
- Rule ordering.
- The new user experience took some getting used to.
- Integrating with Active Directory and/or Microsoft 365 saves a lot of time.
- Brand consistency is really important these days.
- We can quickly change signatures to notify customers or target certain markets.
At Hallmark Building Supplies, generally speaking, we carry interior and exterior products. Along with the marketing department, IT can create targeted campaigns that can be highlighted in the signatures of the business development staff for those specific products. We have created product promos and advertised continuing education events, and other seminars. On all of our signatures, we promote that Hallmark is 100% Associate Owned. It's not a measured metric, but I believe that those that see that are impressed in some way.
I have always felt that Exclaimer has valued security. No concerns in this area.
