Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

All of our users with mail addresses route through Exclaimer. This gives us as a company the opportunity to streamline the Company image and improve professionalism. This also saves our users from having to create and update an email signature as they progress through the Company, as all the information is pulled from Azure Active Directory.

  • Saves users time and hassle of updating their signatures
  • Ensures that there is no information displayed that the Company doesn't want to provide
  • Creating the signatures is not as intuitive as it could be
  • Assigning each signature to a subset of users can be tricky if not thought about
  • Sync time between AD > AAD > Exclaimer can be up to 12 hours
  • Saves users time not having to create/maintain a signature
We have used Exclaimer for standard signature application, and have also used it to separately apply marketing banners for any trade shows that the Company may be attending, giving our customers an easy opportunity to see where we will be and when.
We leverage SAML authentication which not only makes it quick and easy to sign in to the system, but also improves security as all security info is stored in a secure place.

We used to use Exclaimer Exchange Server version and this works just as well.

The only downside versus the Exchange Server version, is it is much more difficult to initially create a signature than on the cloud version.

In big organisations where there lots and lots of users, it pays to have a system that allows you to create and apply signatures on a user's behalf. Without this, you would end up with signatures that vary in small ways which could make the Company look somewhat unprofessional which can be easily avoided.
