Overall Satisfaction with Gong
It's literally the only platform that I use that I will talk to people at bars about. It's the only system that I have ever been truly excited about, being a net promoter, and so on. It can tell you everything about your language, about how much you talk during sales calls, and it's so nice just to have calls recorded. We use it to review calls, we use it to listen to old reps, and we use it for literally everything. It's the best.
- Easy to review calls as peers
- Easy to ask for feedback A Sync
- Makes it easy for new people to learn how to talk like the experts in a virtual world
- nothing honestly, its dope
- the other tools like forecasting and such are not that useful, their core value is recording and analyzing calls.
- Being able to call out how a rep sounds on calls and have people repeat this
- enabling people to hear calls when they dont have time to sit in on calls is so helpful
I have not used this internally, but I could see how this could be valuable to others. Their data is unmatched and they are truly a data powerhouse unlike any other I have seen. Its amazing the type of access they have at any given time. This could be helpful for IT professionals or sales managers, I don't really get to use this as often but see that it could be handy.
- Outreach
I don't know, there is nothing out there like Gong. Its the industry standard and the category creator. There is nothing that can truly stack up to its integrations that I have ever seen, and I am truly surprised that Zoom and others have yet to get in the Gong game. Its the best system for a reason, they have so much data on how you talk how you sell, that it is shocking more competitors are not on this list.
