Really gives us insights to the conversations with prospects we have and defines what hat we spend our time on In The meetings. We are able to go back and review past meetings and see exactly how much time we spent talking to prospects in the meeting and how much time they talked as well.

Gong pretty accurately analyzed the conversations I have with prospects to give me extremely relevant information on what the call was about. It can analyze and tell if we talked a lot about price or product functions. Good to rewatch and see where I need to focus more on. Thank you Gong!
We can tell that customers are more concerned with price right now from the Increased conversation within the first calls, so now we have been able to roll out a better pricing structure to account for the economic climate. It also is able to tell us what customers tend to talk about.
