Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
I use Gong.io mainly to help, assist and train my team on their call performance. I also use it for any call that requires escalation as I personally use this tool also. I find the snippets and track words to look into the information that I need. It helps me to save time and work more efficiently.

The Gong.io interface is so much easier and user-friendly. It also has more features to select and dissect a specific conversation. It's also more cost-effective and it has a month-to-month plan available. I like the options that this system gives to every user, on many levels, from user to management.
They have been very attentive and always communicating with us. They also are great at scheduling calls for training purposes and helping new members of my team. In that aspect I have nothing but great things to say, they are responsive, attentive and always willing to help. I really like working with them.

The best feature that Gong has is the ability to look at trackers and to look at specific words that we are trying to identify. (Like Cancelation, Refund, Bug, etc.) They have a Deals tab that I assume is in beta because it's practically useless. Also, their library can be simplified, is a little hard to get trained in all the platform features.
