Overall Satisfaction with Gong

It is being used by departments. It helps sales to stay organized while giving the higher-ups access to not only our deals but visibility into our progress.

It's very intuitive and easy to navigate. There are more features I'm sure I haven't uncovered, but overall, once you log into the platform, you're able to get use out of it right away without much assistance.
Gong.io has alerted me to deals that are missing touchpoints, information, and helps me to rejog my memory on where I last left off. Instead of having to take detailed notes, I can rely on the transcript feature to help me weed through the noise and show up present on my calls.
I wouldn't say it helps me with trends, but it does help me identify buzzwords, when pricing is necessary, and partners that my customers are leveraging. Gong.io is able to truncate all of the important information into one view for me.
There is no comparison. Jiminny is bare bones and a skeletal version of Gong.io.

It is suited for any org that has a sales team. If you have a lot of deals you're managing, it makes your life easier.
