Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We started using this product back when it was Jive. Since my goal is to help businesses reduce their overall cost and improve business results I have found that GoTo Connect has been an awesome performer in the 1- 250 seat range (or higher). We have a great number of UCaaS providers to choose from in our services. As one who is considered a trusted advisor, I take a lot of time to evaluate business operations and regulatory requirements before reviewing what would be the best fit and adding significant elements for efficiency growth. What I have found with GoTo Connect is that they have an unparalleled support team. We have others that rank in the "Leaders" of the Magic Quadrant that often take days to get back to us regarding issues that are out of our IT magic control. One that left a small client without communications for over 3 weeks. With 'GoTo' we usually connect right away and have never gone more than 10-20/min. I might add that we have far less frequent issues and zero client frustration with "GoTo" than any other UCaaS provider.
- No limit to the mobile worker, never miss a call
- Amazing sound quality whether through cell, PC or the physical phone.
- Immediate support response (although seldom needed)
- An easy path to block & report spam calls on all devices
- ROI is almost immediate on improved communication efficiencies.
- Easy intuitive configuration at user level for most functions
- Their sales support is a little clunky. I am sure that this is due to many things including growth & COVID
- Amazing detail in analytics to find out what activity churns improved business results. Does one occupy the phone too long, or too little? Is the most aggressive salesperson doing something different on the calls that can be duplicated throughout the team (activity/recording)? What phone & communication activity led to growth or potential loss impact.
GoTo Connect is definitely that all-in-one solution. We have even had a couple of MSPs that told us they prefer something that requires continued service. As a business owner myself, I simply prefer solutions that just keep on working. If I am consulting with a client, my objective is to provide them with technology that elevates their business results and does not burden them.

If you are on POTS, PBX, or standard VoIP, all of these are an amazing lift-up and provide some awesome communication tools. The Cloud has exploded the level of communication experiences clients can use to shoot past their competitors. Some of these providers have grown too large and have lost the level of support they had at the birth of the business. They are not quite as intuitive to the user either. I have noted there is more 'hands-on' use training with these products. All UCaaS solutions have numerous features that still must be learned to maximize performance. That learning lift is minimal with GoTo Connect and there is always a 30-60 second video clip online if you forgot how to do something.

We didn't and normally don't press that with our clients. The solution does exactly what GoTo claims it does and without hiccups. It is a fully supported solution. If our clients have issues they go to the tutorials and quickly get answers. Then I get calls with statements like, "Wow, I didn't know this technology could be so easy". Some will even take a crack at creating a new Dial Plan. In most cases they come out fine!
