Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
Go To Connect was one of many meeting services we used in my client services role. We would use Microsoft terms internally but we found the best webinar software for our needs was GoTo Connect. It was easy to use, intuitive and solved a problem it took a while for our team to solve. We loved the recording feature that we could send our recorded webinars out to after the meeting. We could host ample users in our meetings and there were great presenter features that allowed us to mute all users, engage during the call and more. We loved this piece of software and I was always happy with the services it provided.

- The software was easy to use for both presenters and attendees
- Sometimes there were technical errors with connectivity and users were unable to connect and join but they've worked out many of those kinks
- This product definietly cost the company more but for ease of use and hosting team webinars made the ROI worth it
- As a leader, I was able to confirm each of my AMs were doing what they were supposed to be doing with their clients with easy analytics
- We were able to view attendee analytics and send messages for re-engagement
We knew that all these tools were available to us but we only needed this service for one purpose. But we chose to use this over many other webinar tools.
I personally felt that Skype and Zoom were living in the past while GoTo Meeting was excelling ahead of the competition. Microsoft Teams was more of an internal tool.
