Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
Considering we are a remote-first company, We use GoTo Connect as the central communication channel to collaborate internally with the teams and the client. The seamless communication between the teams has led to an increase in efficiency in the past couple of years. Additionally, it has facilitated real-time communication with the clients.
- The call quality is way better than the other options available.
- It is easy to use which has led to faster adoption.
- Call recording option is a great add on
- The app could be a bit more user friendly
- The price is a bit on the higher side
- More customizations in the product would have been great which is missing right now
- The overall efficiency of the employees have increased
- The resolution metrics have improved for the customer support team
- The costing was better initially but has now increased significantly in comparison to its competitors
The experience with the product has been pretty good so far. The teams have adopted the platform very quickly and it has now become one of the top five most important tools for us because of our dependency on us for daily meetings, messaging, calls - audio and video, etc.
We chose GoTo Connect because it put a tick box on all our requirements which included three major requirements. These three requirements were the pricing, the support offered during our relationship, and the time taken to implement and set up the product as per our requirements. All these three turned out to be positive hence we are still using it.
