Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting

GoToMeeting is used by our company to connect with our clients all over the world. It is used by numerous different departments, from our sales team using it as a tool to connect with prospects for demos and consultations, to our account managers utilizing the program to connect with current clients for their monthly reviews. GoToMeeting allows our employees to conduct meetings from our offices as if we were in the same conference room as our prospects/clients on the other end.
  • The desktop sharing and video conferencing help to make our meetings interactive. Rather than just explaining our products and services, we're able to show them first-hand.
  • Connecting our employees to clients and prospects in real-time, regardless of location or time zone differences.
  • GoToMeeting is so easy to use, it doesn't require any additional training for our employees.
  • We really have no complaints about GoToWebinar. I would recommend it to any other company that frequently has to connect with clients or prospects in different locations.
  • GoToMeeting has definitely allowed our company to close multiple business opportunities. Having the ability to share screens and walk prospective clients through our technology platforms and programs in real-time allows them to see the benefits first-hand.

GoToMeeting not only stacks up against, but far surpasses, the functionality of another digital meeting tool we have used: Skype. The video-sharing and quality of the audio and sound is far beyond what Skype is able to provide. Their recording function, screen sharing, question and answer section, and calendar function, are all far superior to Skype.
GoToMeeting has great overall support. They are always responsive whenever an issue arises. Their customer support team is always available via phone and their online support. We have rarely, if ever, had to reach out multiple times regarding the same issue. Their FAQ page usually answers any questions we have before we have to reach out directly.
GoToMeeting is a great tool for our team to use when we are connecting with prospective clients. We are able to give interactive demos and share our screens to showcase our technology platforms. Rather than sending a simple sales sheet or explaining the benefits of our products via an email, we can engage with our prospects and answer any questions they have as we introduce them to our platforms. We also utilize GoToMeeting for current client meetings to show them reports and ROI's for recent marketing campaigns, as well as to make suggestions for them going forward.

Using GoToMeeting

I'd give the overall usability of GoToWebinar a 10/10. It is so easy to use and navigate. The majority of our employees are able to navigate the platform with no issues at all. We enjoy having the ability to connect via video in real-time with our current and prospective clients. GoToMeeting allows us to have meaningful connections with clients without having to travel and meet with them in person, which significantly cuts down on travel costs.
