Overall Satisfaction with Groove
It's used by all of our departments as a dialer. In my own department, we use Groove as a dialer to do outbound calls.

- The auto creation of log sometimes has delays
- It would be best if it can generate a call URL right away

- By completing my tasks, my company would also generate income
- But beyond that, I can no longer speak in behalf of the company since I only have limited resources
