We use Groove all day, to send e-mail to prospects, see who open our e-mail to make calls, we can separate in differents campaigns with differents decisions makers. Since we have different products, being able to separate them into Groove helps a lot. Also, the integration with SF is perfect

Groove suited well on our daily activities, if you are a sales representative, be able to be in touch with a lot of clients at the same time, and as this actives go direct to Salesforce and show to you manager your daily activities, helps a lot to improve the day. It's less appropriate in import contacts from sales nav or excel file
