Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Hubspot CRM is being used to track all our contacts. Our sales process is entirely dependent upon Hubspot. We track every interaction with leads, prospects, or just random people we meet. We add all correspondence as notes, and set tasks as reminders to know when we should contact them next. Very easy to use whether it's the desktop version or mobile version.
  • Task reminders are very dependent and clear
  • Easy to search and find a name
  • Easy to create an aerial view of the lead so you know where you are at with them
  • Emailing from Hubspot isn't super clear. Had to troubleshoot for awhile to get our emails to stop being spam.
  • Positive impact. We don't let leads fall through the cracks anymore. We track everyone very well.
  • We have to use mailchimp still, and the two don't integrate super well.
We didn't know what we were doing. Just created a tracking system through Google Drive and went for it. Hubspot CRM is elite compared to that. Spend the time and migrate over to Hubspot CRM, you won't regret it. It will revolutionize the way you track sales. Had we started with this from the beginning, we'd likely have a closed quite a few more deals.
If you're trying to remember contacts or anything in regards to leads, just utilize Hubspot CRM to track everything. Stop overcomplicating your life. Input all your contacts into this CRM and let it do the rest. We run our sales tracking like a well-oiled machine now. You would think we had a giant team of salesmen, but really, we have 3 people that use Hubspot CRM really well.
