Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
At FN, we use HubSpot to keep track of all external and internal communications, send automated emails, follow-up emails and contact information for all member related accounts. We have a few dashboards to keep up to date analytics and metrics, as well as workflows and tasks to keep us on track. HubSpot has been a great way to stay on top of our client relations.

All teams are able to track internal and external communications for our clients. That way, all activity is tracked for each account, so there is no double dipping. I will know if someone from our sales team contacts my client, and they can see any and all updates regarding each client's account.
I find HubSpot to have all the same features as the other CRMs, but more user friendly and intuitive.
