Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

At FN, we use HubSpot to keep track of all external and internal communications, send automated emails, follow-up emails and contact information for all member related accounts. We have a few dashboards to keep up to date analytics and metrics, as well as workflows and tasks to keep us on track. HubSpot has been a great way to stay on top of our client relations.

HubSpot is very user friendly. I have used 7 different CRMs, ranging from Personify to ChamberMaster, and HubSpot has been the easiest for me to learn, use and train on. If I am confused about something, there is plenty of access to a help desk, and I am never left floundering.
I find HubSpot to have all the same features as the other CRMs, but more user friendly and intuitive.

With a member base of 600, 100 partners and 100 investors, HubSpot has been the perfect CRM for FN. We are able to set up different account types for each contact we have. Our emails and calls are tracked, so everyone can see the activity associated with that account.
Ideally, there would be an area to create event pages for the speakers and partners, so we do not have to use 5 different AMS systems each week.
