One crucial factor that led us to choose HubSpot over Salesforce was its seamless integration capabilities. HubSpot facilitates the incorporation of various other tools and systems effortlessly, minimizing the need to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
Additionally, HubSpot provides comprehensive support, from their wealth of resources to their responsive support team, assisting users in understanding and maximizing the software's full potential.
Though Salesforce is a powerful tool with its unique strengths, the overall experience with HubSpot CRM's simplicity, integration features, and exceptional support, made it the more appealing choice for our business needs, especially given HubSpot's speed of development. I'd actually argue that in most use cases HubSpot is MORE powerful than Salesforce, even at Enterprise scale. It also doesn't take 9 months to ramp.
