Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Manage sales pipeline - excellent for follow up and tracking inbound leads. It has made managing my day to day pipeline painless and easy to track engagement. I am able to create email sequences easily and it allows me to manage several leads without forgetting to follow up or check up on clients.

It is miles ahead of all other crms I have used. The only other crm I have used in the past is oracle crm. The loading/buffering time was unbearable, quoting and inventory management was extremely slow and unreliable. Although my sample size is small, I would always recommend hubspot over any other crm.
It does not even compare. There was limited marketing collaboration with oracle and we mainly used it for sales pipeline, inventory management, order tracking, etc. the time it took to get from opportunities to leads was extremely frustrating. I like how hubspot makes it extremely easy to navigate from contact pages, deal pages, etc.

Well suited for sales pipeline management and follow up with leads. We get several hundred LinkedIn from submissions and website submissions a month. Hubspot is great with sorting these and being informed on their interest with our company. It is a seamless integration with other social media platforms and gives us instant sight on where it is coming from.
