Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Hubspot CRM is a crucial tool to add and manage contacts of Tech expertise daily during my job tasks. Also, it helps to keep track of emails and communications with prospects leads. We as a team use email sequences and templates to effectively communicate to these prospect leads, also the reporting in Hubspot helps to gauge the data and analyze it. Moreover, we use Hubspot Deals to go through the acquisition cycle for new prospects till they become an author for our platform. Also, we create an E-contract using the quotes option, this works perfectly and smoothly for our process.

  • Sometimes due to glitch the process cycle stages may get wrong
  • Adding more segments such as demographic, age etc to the analysing the contacts
  • Cross functional communication within the team
  • It has helped to increase the deal cycle automation, thus reducing the time of the total process to complete
  • It has helped to keep track and report the email sequences, the reply rate and bounce rate. so we can change our strategy and messaging accordingly.
Hubspot is easy to use is fairly easy to understand and work with. It is easy to explain and train the new team members as well.
My department and job pertaining to acquiring and onboarding the Tech new leads from prospect to potential to onboarding them as authors to create courses for our platform, Educative. Hubspot has helped to align the automation of marketing leads signing up though our platform's website and directing to a respective representative in my team by allowing it to them.
None, as of beside Hubspot CRM, in my career of 5 years working in roles of Sales, Customer Experience, and Acquisitions. I have only used the Hubspot platform as preferred by the companies.

Hubspot is best suited to businesses to acquire new prospects and nurture those leads into potential users. It is suited to keep track of communication and set reminders as a task to particular contacts. It is well done to send bulk emails and enroll contacts using effective sequence templates.

Hubspot is not well suited to sharing messages, communicating within the team, and collaborating cross-functionally.
