Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Hubspot is used everyday for my job. This includes adding contacts, deal and enrolling my contacts in sequences. Hubspot is also used for my day to day meetings with potential clients plus adding and assigning tasks.

Compared to other CRM softwares, Hubspot is easier to navigate. All tools are readily available whereas with other CRM softwares one has to keep finding the tools.
Salesforce was more difficult to use in terms of navigation around the software and contact creating. The contact creation had a large data set to be filled out compared to hubspot. The ease of usage in Hubspot is faster and quicker therefore making work easier.

Hubspot has helped keep my potential clients under one place where all their data is readily available. Any actions to be taken related to the contact can be done so under one CRM however report creation for individual users is slightly more complicated in Hubspot compared to other CRM tools.
