Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

As a small office agency, we used HubSpot as our first CRM's - before that we were very much relying on calendar prompts from outlook.

  • Collating all comms to client
  • LinkedIN integrations - shouldn't be such a premium option.
  • Better interface for customisation
Easy interface to use. Could be better interface for the developing/customisations.
The free starter plan was instrumental in us going with HubSpot over Salesforce. The other two are not CRMs
