Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

The product allows me to track and manage my opportunities. It also automates outbound workflows for me to generate new leads. Overall, it is straightforward to use and very efficient as well. I would say that without it, I would not be able to keep track of all my opportunities in such an organized manner. It allows for everything you need to save the sales pipeline moving and flowing.
  • Create and manages tasks.

  • Allows for customizable workflows.
  • Allows you to make calls easily and track emails.
  • I could use more automation to move noninterested leads out of my prospecting network.
  • Sometimes, the program slows down for periods and could use improvement on that end.
  • Some phone transcripts aren't accurate as to what is actually said on the call.
  • It has facilitated our workflow for reps to move their deals and track them, therefore improving our ROI for new hires.
  • The tracking of opportunities has given us the chance to see why we missed opportunities and why they haven't switched to us.
  • The tracking of leads and new prospects has allowed for us to grow our pipeline.
It is straightforward to use compared to other CRMs; from day one, I understood how to use it. I have tried others like Salesloft and it wasn't very easy to use compared to hubspot. I feel like the neat and clean look that Hubspot offers is what helps make it so easy to use.
Hubspot is the easiest to use by far. Salesloft is alright but it is too complex and the information is too jumbled up. Zoominfo is the most complicated, too many filters that you have to add to find what you are looking for.

Hubspot is well suited for scenarios where you are dealing with multiple accounts that you need to keep track of. It assigns contacts to companies and it does a good job of it so you always know who you are dealing with. I wouldn't recommend it to small organizations but I would say it is perfect for medium sized companies.
