Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

PennReach is a non-profit that provides services for individuals who have physical or mental disabilities. With that being said we have a very tight budget so we have switched to Indeed sponsored jobs which have helped us save money yet also get qualified candidates. In the past, we were spending triple the money to get one job ad out a time and now having a set budget where it doesn't matter if it's 1 job or 20 in a month is super helpful. PennReach services individuals all throughout the state of New Jersey which makes hiring for employees tricky to find because we want our employees to live nearby. This means we are constantly having much positing open in just one month all throughout the state. New Jersey is very diverse and the cost of living can vary from town to town, which means posting in one town can be completely different than another which normally would fluctuate the cost per posting, however, with Indeed Sponsored Jobs we are still able to get our ad out there at a reasonable price per month and get qualified applicant applying.
  • Our final cost per month is significantly cheaper through Indeed SponsoredJjobs versus paying per job posting. We were paying double the costs for just about the same about of applicants applying.
  • Gives ease that posting another job won't break the bank. We can post many at the same price.
  • Indeed filtered out applicants that aren't actually a matching applicant.
  • We have fewer people applying than when the company sponsored our own job. However, we have fewer people applying but the ones that do are all qualified. Before we were getting more applicants but not as many matches for our needs.
  • We can keep the job posted longer which is a pro however the applications aren't as frequent but for us who is always posting, it's a nice pace.
In any management position, we get applicants right away. Our DSPs have been average. LPNs are a lot harder to get new applicants applying.

I have a bi-weekly call with Michael Chiluisa and Andrew Dichiaro who have been very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the years. They have given great feedback and if I have any questions I know they are only an email or phone call away. They help make sure we are hitting our goals and needs. They will even give suggestions on what we can improve on our end to make sure we are spending our money correctly and getting qualified applicants in a timely manner.
We have tried Ziprecruiter and wasted so much time and money. After one month we knew we had to change.
