Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
It was used in the whole sales department and some of the people in Customer Success. We had a process to manage Inbound Leads and another process to do Outbound by prospecting based on Cold Emails. The problem for us, was that Insightly didn't have good tools to do prospecting with cold emails, so every salesman had to create their own tasks to do the follow-ups. That's the main reason why we changed the CRM. For Customer Success we used the "Project" tab that allowed the Project Manager/Account Manager to communicate the process of the implementation to the salesman.

We selected Insightly because of the price. After a year we migrated to Freshsales because it gives us all the features we need for inbound and outbound (workflows for tasks, email campaigns, auto-assignation, integration with a phone provider, integration with multiple apps for marketing, create forms for capturing leads on landing pages) and the price is really good for the service.
