Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
We use Klaviyo for email newsletter marketing and email marketing automation for our Shopify based ecommerce business.
Pros
- Central place to manage email contacts
- Create and schedule email newsletters
- Create segments base on customer activity/behaviour
Cons
- Email WYSIWYG editor is buggy, even the "new" editor
- Flow filters are unnecessarily complicated, unintuitive and not user friendly
- Should be easier to setup rules to remove specific segments of users as "active" in order to keep the subscription level reasonable.
- Klavio has helped with abandoned cart emails to generate more sales.
- Klaviyo makes it easy to create and schedule email newsletters that promote the brand.

- Tapcart
Integrations were mostly easy to complete.
Segment data has helped us identify at risk segments so that these can be targeted with specific campaigns.
Klaviyo has helped with retention and cross selling.
Klaviyo is better thank Mailchimp but not as good as Drip. We use Klaviyo currently because the decision was made by management to move form Drip to Klaviyo.
