Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to train our users on proper security techniques. Understanding current threats and how to recognize those threats and prevent yourself from becoming a victim of them is the main result we are hoping to achieve and KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training gives us the best chance to do that. Our users have all learned how to be better prepared to work in the modern high technology world by using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training.
  • The training videos are excellent!
  • The Phishing email tests have worked very well for us.
  • The monthly security tests we have set up give us a good picture of how well prepared our users are and where we need to concentrate future trainings.
  • I would like to see more "slide show" training that don't require audio since all of our workstations do not have speakers.

We haven't used any other online training solutions and I feel like we chose the best, to begin within KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. I have seen others say they provide user security training, but none have had anywhere near the amount and quality of content available from KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. They are simply the best.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has so much content available that it's hard not to find something on the topics you want to train. They are constantly adding new and interesting content that is always timely to what the current malware, ransomware, and phishing criminals are using. We do our best to train our users on the most current content monthly and have had great results.
Currently, I am managing my users manually, but I will be activating the link to my Active Directory soon to make that even easier. It's very easy and quick to add or archive users as needed. Maintaining the user lists and groups is very simple and the menus are very well designed.
The monthly training reports are the main thing I use and they show me who has completed their training that month. I use that to contact the users that haven't completed their training and to "encourage" them to take their training so they can be better prepared for the unknown.
We have used KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to train our users on potential ransomware and phishing emails and how to recognize suspicious emails that may contain dangerous links or attachments. Training our users to basically be paranoid about all incoming emails and to be suspicious of anything that looks even a little unusual has helped us to protect our systems and data. The user security training provided by KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is the best I have seen anywhere.

Using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

30 - All of our users that have public email accounts are using the training to learn about potential email security threats. We print posters and provide security classes to all of our users about general security issues on a monthly basis also. KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is a very valuable resource for us.
1 - I provide all of the management and support of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for all of our users and it's very simple to do. The administration screens and menus are so easy to use that it almost manages itself. The most complicated thing I do is to setup the monthly trainings and that takes a few minutes to do.

No question, KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is a great value to our organization. Properly training our users in the proper use of email and how to be aware of possible dangerous emails is incredibly important now. Also, training users in the best practices for phone calls, as well as internet browsing can prevent data or information from being stolen or exposed. Users have even benefited when using their personal devices as a result of the trainings they have received at work.
