Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use it for QA and spam testing.
- The code editor for testing updates is great
- The feature for previewing emails across EPS is great
- The checklists are awesome
- Sometimes re-testing changes across the EPS after a change is made in the builder tool is difficult.
- It's hard to contribute direct ROI but utilizing a tool like this has helped me sell projects, knowing that we use a robust tool to check the various ESPs and spam filters. Deliverability is a huge priority for us and our clients.
Not the best yet, we need to explore how to use this more with HubSpot. Currently, we have to do all our testing in Litmus.
It has shaped it somewhat, we already know Microsoft/Outlook are the trickiest ESPs so having a tool to test that is crucial as most of our clients are B2B and use that ESP.
We have not but I think it's worth looking into.
I've only ever used Litmus. Thought about Email on Acid but this is the one I used at a previous agency and really liked it.
