MIndManager helped me to go from idea to project including the relevant documentation. I was able to present ideas with their respective details and it helped to loosen up minds to see more than they thought they could.
In a real estate development projct we could identify all the stakeholders and assign responsibilities in an organigram. This same mindmap was used to setup action plans and project plans and could be used to monitor the whole project.

MindManager is complete and does much more that what these individual products can deliver except the co-editing part using the google environment.
