Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It's being used by the Design Team and shared with Product Management and Development partners.
  • Realtime Collaboration
  • Ease of shared visual artifacts and information
  • Brainstorming and Mindmapping
  • Would be cool to have a "call " feature with voice and video conferencing.
  • Sometimes need versioning or branching capability.
  • Realtime chat function?
  • Greatly facilitated collaboration during the shift to remote work model
  • Allows non-technical partners easy access to necessary information
  • Combines functionality of several different programs into one
Sometimes I struggle with why I should use either the browser or desktop version of the application. Would be nice if clicking the link to a Miro board always opened the desktop application when installed.
I have not experienced any issues with integration.
It's made it a lot easier to instantly share ideas and act as a one-stop shop for documentation.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Figma is better suited for a design team, while Miro is more user-friendly for non-designers and non-technical users.
Great for sharing ideas to facilitate discussion. Maybe not the best for creating exportable artifacts.
