Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to plan projects and to interact with our customers collaboratively. Planning is made accessible by Miro by allowing us to create large maps for the big picture but also to zoom in on the fine details. The ability to do this with everyone simultaneously involved and contributing make this a useful tool.
  • Easy to use UI.
  • Fun interactive features such as music.
  • Quality image downloads.
  • Perhaps some quick/snappy video training on how to use.
  • Better communication.
I would like some video instruction on how to maximize the features.
This is something that integrates seamlessly into the workflow we have at our company, one in which we rely heavily on collaboration.
We are a globally distributed company, working remotely, most often, w/ customers in other parts of the world. This tool is one of those we rely on to solve business challenges.

This is the closest I can think of, Miro is superior.
Planning, social contract binding, architecture, flow diagram. Planning is one of the biggest use cases I have found largely beneficial. To be able to connect the dots, so to speak, in a visual manner is very important when a group is planning. What's also helpful is being able to come back to it and refer to it after it was initially created together.
