Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are using it for creating use cases and describing user flows. Besides this, recently we have started using it for creating and keeping up to date on the roadmap, together with the release plan. At the current moment, it's being used only by my department but this might probably change in the future. It's really helpful because we can solve more than one issue using a single tool.
  • Excellent UX.
  • Offers all types of templates that make your job easier.
  • Easy to use.
  • Sometimes I have issues with rendering but this might be caused by the internet connection.
  • For sure Miro has helped with productivity.
  • It's an important aspect that we have basically several tools which we can use from Miro.
I'm quite satisfied with Miro's implementation. In the past year that I've used it, I didn't encounter any issues which blocked me from doing my task. Also, it was nice to see that you can see in time that new features have been added, and the overall experience keeps getting better.
I'm quite satisfied with Miro's ease of integration. One thing that I would notice though, is that the abundance of features might overwhelm some users, although the tutorials and notes from within are helpful.
We are also using Miro for different team activities like brainstorming, release plans, and retrospectives, basically, making us forget more or less that we are not able to hold the meetings in person, as Miro comes with some advantages than when we were using the classic whiteboard. Probably even when we'll get back into the office, we will still use Miro for such activities.

I find Miro great for creating and keeping roadmaps and release plans, and creating user flows. Recently we have also started using Miro's canvas for the retrospective meeting, which seemed to really help with the interaction. Besides this, we have also used Miro for brainstorming exercises, and for different group meetings, to keep meeting notes or observations.
