Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is being used internally to manage initiatives within our different communities and we also use it extensively with clients (at least for product management roles).
  • Displays multiple people's work simultaneously.
  • Has space for tons of work on a single board.
  • The community community template feature is helpful.
  • More active community providing templates.
  • Easier to share boards. We had a situation where the board owner left and we still haven't figured out how to transfer ownership to continue sharing the board with new team members.
  • Ability to connect up with a streaming service so there are more music options during brainstorming sessions
  • Improved productivity.
  • Improved collaboration.
  • Improved presentations.
Implementing Miro was exceedingly simple.
I don't have feedback on this one. I haven't done any Miro integrations. What integrations?
This is Miro's bread and butter. Its hard to replace a group of people in a room together working on a whiteboard, but Miro comes pretty dang close to simulating that.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is great for brainstorming where you need lots of people on a board at one time. It's also great for high-level design (process flows, API flows, data flows), but I've found it not great for doing any precise wireframes or interface designs.
