Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro as the main platform for content development.
  • Create an online collaboration space
  • Premade templates for anything
  • Best tool for facilitating online workshops
  • Sometimes the reference scale is missed due to many zoom-in/zoom-outs. And then you have boards with very big items and others with very small.
  • More tunes for the countdown
  • Some functionalities are missing in the web version
  • You don't need to digitize the output of a workshop anymore, as the post-its are already there.
It's very easy to use, even for non-designers.
I would create easy Miro basic tutorials for people to do, which they could do as an icebreaker in a workshop.
For sure, now we are starting to have the conversation: What's a studio in terms of location? Do we need to have multiple studio locations or a global one?

It is the perfect tool for the current hybrid way of working. You can use it to collaborate in real time and to facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
