Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro mainly to create mock-ups of various marketing assets, collaborate, and exchange feedback within the team and with higher management. We also use it to map flow, user funnel, and as an archive of various visual assets. In some cases, we also use Miro for brainstorming sessions, to help have a visual representation of creative ideas.
  • Easy to use, little to no previous knowledge is needed to take advantage of the tool.
  • Helps create a visual representation of any idea, process, flow or funnel.
  • Collaboration and commenting are very easy and useful, feels like working with coworkers in the same space.
  • It would be great to somehow be able to “lock” a specific pet of the bigger view once a project is closed so that people who review it after can get a better sense of the different variations and the final result.
  • It would be great to have the option to create a board structure and save it as a template for future use, without having to duplicate and delete old content.
  • Some boards take a very long time to load, if that could be optimized would make work much more efficient.
  • Improved productivity mainly in our design teams, by having all mock-ups and designs in one place, feedback sessions became quicker and less recurrent.
  • Cross-team collaboration became seamless. All stakeholders of a project can see and edit a specific chart or flow in real-time and leave comments in a very intuitive way.
  • Onboarding on the platform was almost not needed at all. The UI is intuitive and natural.
I joined my company after the implementation happened, didn’t need any training as the whole UI is very intuitive. Since then, I’ve been in charge of onboarding other employees in all of our tools, and Miro is always easy and pain-free. We’ve needed support a couple of times and the interaction is very efficient.
I don’t deal with integrations.
I think this is the biggest asset of Miro in our company. The ability to collaborate in our organization is visibility better and more integral when we are working on projects with Miro. Every person involved in a project can be on the board at the same time and use it without interfering with others and being able to see in real-time where some in “standing” on a board makes the experience feel like a face-to-face meeting.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I would definitely recommend Miro to any colleague that wants or needs to sketch, do brainstorming, map out a process or a flow (internal or external), create an organizational chart, work in collaboration with designers, share visual work, and much more. It’s hard to find a scenario where I wouldn’t recommend the tool, maybe if working on a process with a big amount of data since the work could become too much.
