Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it to plot customer pain points and assign solutions to those pains. Once those solutions are concrete, we can create machine specifications for roadmap reviews. The graphical interface lets the entire team add inputs, and that’s beneficial for team building.

  • Quicker problem solving.
Signing up everyone on the team creates confusion. It would be nice to allow guests, without the need to sign up for Miro. Some employees won’t use Miro much, and others will.
Miro was very simple to set up and get started.
We have moved to online meetings and this has allowed us to collaborate like we were setting in a room with a whiteboard. It’s actually more interesting seeing everyone has a pen!
