Overall Satisfaction with Miro
In most cases, I use Miro to lead online workshops and brainstorm with clients. I use many features like the voting, different colors for the stick notes, some templates for prioritization discussions, etc.
- Usability is good even for first time users.
- Voting feature is very useful for me.
- Templates also helps a lot.
- Integrate video call tools (e.g., Chime, Teams, Webex) to see people's cameras close to the board (MURAL has this feature).
- Reduce time spent with client discussion.
- Increase team productivity and alignment.
Miro impacts us a lot, and it's a very important tool for the remote teams.
