Overall Satisfaction with Miro
In my team, we use Miro to mainly collaborate, i.e., to take daily standup notes, conduct a variety of workshops, brainstorm ideas, etc. It has some great features such as adding a timer to activities, conducting live polls, etc. We enjoy using & leveraging Miro for our team's growth. I wish Miro had some more aesthetic features such as adding shadows to shapes, and more freedom with shapes & drawing. That's all really!
- Just the perfect tool for collaboration, literally! Be it stand-up notes, workshop boards, team activity board, group polls or just a mood-board. You can do it all with Miro, my team loves it!
- Unlimited canvas gives the freedom to expand within the same Miro file limitless. No need to worry about fitting more content.
- It is for anyone from anywhere! It feels like you are in one place as you can see those little cursors with participants' identities which is a great user experience.
- Miro authentication could be more easy, as it takes few seconds each time to log in.
- Miro could have more flexibility in the tools, like adding shadows, creating custom shapes, etc.
- Add profile images for multiple user cursor identification.
- Improved productivity by saving time on collaborative activities.
- Made it simpler to keep track of project progress.
- Improved transparency in the team's work & easy for Managers to track the work.
As I said earlier, Miro is great for all kinds of collaborative activities within our team. We share all the initial ideas, stakeholder requirements, meeting notes using Miro all the time.
