Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use miro as our virtual post-it board for all meetings that, before covid, we had onsite (but also with the multinational team, 's miro is helping with having a board that can be visible to everyone, not only in one office - saves time and travel costs). We also use miro as ideation boards to gather knowledge/requests/topics and to work on them in meetings like it would be an infinite whiteboard. Personally, I also use Miro for my idea scribbles and topics im working on - moving from a physical notepad to a digital one.
  • Sharing content across multiple people.
  • Cooperation ease when working on topic by an offsite team members.
  • Multiple templates are available for different use case scenarios that allow for easy and fast setup of a miro board before a meeting.
  • More flexibility when using shapes.
  • Presentation mode, where I can select which frames are part of the presentation and which are not (currently, I have to move all "not used" frames to the end of the presentation flow and remember to stop the presentation before jumping on them (or I have to create a new board just for the presentation which multiplies the number of boards I have, and I have to remember where I have something).
  • Loading speed on big boards - big boards load slowly (all content has to be loaded before you can really interact with the board even if the current view im on shows only a few parts of the whole board).
  • Reduced need of travel.
  • Speed up process of PI Plannings in a SAFe environment.
Couldn't skip the answer "explanation required" but didn't take part in integration.
Yes, it did. We work in a safe environment where every 6-12 weeks, we have an onsite PI planning for around 200-400 people (depending on the year) when covid started it meant we couldn't meet, and im pretty sure that without miro the online PI planning would be a failure. In addition, the teams im working with are multinational ones so having Miro as the online whiteboard helps us to communicate, exchange ideas and make sure we are on the same level when implementing new features.
