Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to facilitate any online meeting sometimes also on-site meetings. Currently, my topic is mostly data management: how to coordinate it between different departments and fulfill everyone's needs.
- Combine prepared visualization with ad hoc visualization.
- Allow collaboration in real-time as well as at individual times.
- The infinity canvas.
- Navigation is hard at the beginning. Less is more, can I say, since I am very often working with new people or people who rarely use Miro or are just about to retire.
- log in with SSO and it appears differently in Chrome and Edge.
- That I can set the default font and that Miro is not using the last font.
- I really cannot measure it. But for sure, many people love Miro and are glad to work with it.
We work from different locations, and though all my stakeholders are in the same country and most of them even in the same city, Miro brings us closer, which is a benefit for the advancement of projects. Last year, we started one new project. Miro is the number one tool we use for this project. For longer documentation, we add Confluence. We meet every two weeks for 2 hours with a group of about ten people. We use Miro to prepare for the meeting and then also for the discussions and decision-making during the meeting. I could not imagine the same without Miro.
