Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to provide an interactive part for the participants in a meeting. This is very important as there are many virtual participants in meetings. In our department we use Miro for:
- Stakeholder analysis
- Mapping of complex interrelationships
- OKR of our employees
- Status meetings of projects (is in the initial phase)

Miro is very flexible --> so we will extend our existing boards step by step and try new features. Very helpful in this case are the available templates, so it will be easier to create a new board with already predefined processes and adapt it to our needs.
  • Easy to use
  • Helpful templates
  • forcing virtual collaboration
  • a Tag overview would be helpful
  • the Licence Modell is not easy to understand
  • Release of individual boards without the rest of the boards being visible to this user
  • General representation is available
  • No invoices or calculations
  • Difficult to evaluate
In my experience, with Miro it is possible to hold meetings at shorter intervals and regardless of location. Saving travel costs and time for individual employees. In our new projects, Miro is used for specific tasks, but not for the overall execution. However, the templates provide many useful features that can be implemented and used over time.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

For us, Miro offers good support for virtual collaboration. Discussions/ votes can be held. Brainstorming sessions to get more ideas, even if the participants are not physically present. In this way the entire work of a meeting / workshop is available online and each participant has access to the data that has been created. In my experience, this data can then be easily formatted and prepared and decisions / resolutions of the participants can be implemented in the shortest possible time.
